The data we obtain in this way is limited to name, job title, employer, business email address, business telephone number and business location. We do not obtain or process personal email addresses or personal telephone numbers for this purpose.

We have carried out an assessment balancing those interests against your rights and freedoms. A copy is available on request.

We retain business contact data obtained in this way for 24 months from the date of last contact, after which it is deleted unless a business relationship has commenced.
