Junior Analyst

Chair Capital is a specialist investment firm deploying £10M to £100M+ into companies building critical infrastructure across energy, digital, AI, and MedTech. We invest at proven milestones, structure transactions around risk rather than calendar rounds, and absorb the full cost of diligence on every deal we pursue.

We are hiring a Junior Analyst to join the investment team in London. This is a generalist role across the full transaction lifecycle, from first meeting through to contracted offer and capital deployment. You will work directly with senior partners on live deals, with exposure to the architecture behind each transaction across the firm's four investment vehicles in Luxembourg, Delaware, Dubai, and Switzerland.

The role

• Sector and market research, including competitive analysis and demand modelling

• Financial modelling, valuation work, and capital structure analysis

• Preparation of Investment Overviews and Memorandums of Understanding

• Diligence coordination across technical, legal, and commercial workstreams

• Investment Committee materials and follow-up analysis

• Portfolio monitoring and milestone tracking post-deployment

About you

• 0 to 2 years in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, transaction services, or strategy consulting

• First-class degree in a quantitative or commercial discipline

• Strong financial modelling skills and confidence with capital structures

• Genuine interest in critical infrastructure, energy transition, or applied AI

• Comfortable with the discipline of selection over volume, and willing to spend twelve to twenty-four weeks on a single transaction

• Right to work in the UK
